Plattsburgh Blues and Jazz is so pleased to present the great Surgaray Rayford Band on Friday March 23rd at Retro Live.  Opening band is Empire Rooks.  Music starts at 8PM.

When Sugaray belts out a song, you not only hear it, you feel it. The excitement in the room is palpable when he takes the stage.
